Material is published primarily as HTML pages. Rich Text Files (rtf) and Portable Document Format (pdf) files are provided for Taskforce publications (ciculars and reports) and where possible for submissions. All rtf and pdf files can be accessed from a HTML page which contains the contents and a brief summary of the linked file.
